Tonight I am hurt,
more than ever before;
my pain piles up higher
happy times running low;
I needed your attention
not to chew on like a cow;
"If the edge presses you hard:
I'll be be there!"-was your vow.
I called- A luxury to ask
you had yourself in mind,
I flaked the body dry
hating my kind
Tomorrow will eventually come
while I recover yesterday
unable to restore,
all it took away
Gotta shutdown now
this sucker needs repair
all the spare parts wasted
trying to mantle a pair
Yes, gotta shutdown now
I was too blind to see
lost myself in someone else
can't find myself in me...

BE HONEST. BE YOURSELF. BE BRAVE!
And we’re back!
Being honest and true to ourselves, is the highest act of
bravery.
We are what we consume. So true. Therefore, being smart, in
control and cautious of what we put into our bodies is both an act of courage and
inner growth.
Changes are not easy.
Alcohol consumption, eating disorders, chain smoking and drug
addictions, usually imply lack of courage as well as excess of it.
Lack of courage to face the truth, accept, forgive or engage
in making thorough changes and excess of it, when facing death.
No one can argue that these destructive habits are anything but an alternative, perhaps slower path towards suicide.
Over two years later, the draft version left halfway back in
2011, is to be completed in 2013, carrying the same message as the problems
that are eating up our planet, before our eyes and due to our impotence, remain
the same.
I had a long pause in the creative sense while the inner
development and growth continued with an accelerated tempo. The more
unhappiness, injustice, sorrow, negativity, death, destruction and depression I
witnessed, the greater the will to do something about it got each day.
Minds need to be reset, our whole beings centered in order
for all of us to relax, appreciate and accept ourselves and one another, acknowledge
the Truth, love more, give more and expect nothing.
Unless the act of giving unconditionally is pleasurable on
its own, there will always be an interest driven reality around us.
Those in power who crush every bit of goodness in the world
are wrong. As long as we fall in the trap of their propaganda, envy them and
want to be part of their “power jet”, the only perspective we will have is
going to be illusive.
An aerial view is adrenalin boosting, mesmerizing and
beautiful but also very superficial.
In life, to recognize, know and understand the Truth, one
has to be an ant and a frog, just as much as a bird.
Little steps and patience, bring great changes. Thank you
for your courage!
